As a key member of Comet Software’s M&A team, you will play a central role in driving our expansion in Spain. Acting as Comet’s local representative, you will identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities across the country’s vertical software landscape, while building trusted, long‑term relationships with founders.
This role offers hands‑on, end‑to‑end exposure to the investment process — from sourcing and valuation through due diligence and execution — and the opportunity to actively shape the future of Comet Software’s ecosystem. It is a dynamic position suited to someone eager to take ownership, develop quickly, and contribute to building the next generation of European software leaders.
You will work closely with the CEO, Head of M&A, and Sales Director to design targeted outreach initiatives, engage founders, and drive growth across the region.
We are recruiting an Account Executive to cover Spain. The position is remote although we require the person to be located locally as occasional travels will be required to meet prospects.
1–3 years’ experience in SDR, Business Development, Inside Sales, AE roles within B2B SaaS, technology, M&A, or buy‑and‑build platforms
Highly proactive, with a willingness to go beyond the scope of the role and help the wider team succeed
Attractive overall compensation package, including fixed salary, performance‑based bonus, and equity participation
