Position Overview: The Senior Commercial Excellence Manager will be responsible for driving commercial and business excellence by designing, planning, and implementing processes, tools, and initiatives to maximize top and bottom-line results. The role will analyze and integrate insights from different sources (market research, competitive intelligence, analytics, forecasting, CRM data) to enable fact-based decision-making. The Senior Commercial Excellence Manager will work cross-functionally with key business partners including the Training Manager, Country Manager/Sales Manager & Business Leads, Marketing Manager, the International Marketing Team, and the International Commercial Excellence Manager. This position is based in our office in Munich, Germany.
