We’re scaling fast and building a team that’s ambitious and future-focused. As Sales Director for the region, you’ll play a critical role in expanding our footprint, leading a team of talented AEs, and helping define what “best-in-class” looks like in the connected worker space.
You won’t just inherit a patch - you’ll shape strategy, partner with enterprise manufacturers, and leave your mark on how Poka grows across Europe and beyond.
You’ll be part of a growing European GTM team that spans Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Talent - collaborating across the UK, Ireland, and Germany. We work hard, support each other, and care deeply about building something meaningful together.
