Located in the vibrant city of Hamburg, we oversee Cabin and Cargo Engineering across all Boeing programs.

In this role you will:
  • Lead and manage projects across the full engineering lifecycle—from design through build, test, certification, and delivery.
  • Create and maintain clear, integrated project schedules that keep teams aligned and focused on key milestones.
  • Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to define requirements, track progress, resolve issues, and keep everyone coordinated.
  • Analyze project performance, risks, and opportunities, and provide meaningful updates and recommendations to support decisions.
  • Help improve how we manage projects by enhancing tools, processes, and best practices.

What you bring to the table:

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Avionics, Aerospace, Aeronautical and Manufacturing Engineering) or higher degree in engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in Aerospace industry, including design, integration, and/or certification or equivalent combination of additional education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, leading project and/or program proposals of varying complexity.

Additionally preferred skills:

  • Experience: 3+ years related work experience.
  • Knowledge: apply job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts.
  • Problem Solving: develop solutions to a variety of problems.
  • Tools: expertise with Microsoft suite.
  • Personality: principled, reliable professional valuing integrity.
  • Flexibility: comfortable with variable work statement.
