• Create Impact for Our Clients: Alongside your colleagues you will help identify information sources, gather and interpret data, execute analyses, and present findings to team members and client stakeholders. Lead workstreams and small projects, working on initiatives such as IT mergers, strategic transformations, and CIO/CSO reorganizations.
• Grow & Team Leadership: Develop your analytical, interpersonal, critical thinking, technology, and business management skills from day one. Lead and manage small project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to consultants.
• Be a Trusted Cybersecurity Professional:
• Analyze the cybersecurity structures and maturity of our clients.
• Contribute to the conception, design, and implementation of cybersecurity solutions.
• Help establish risk and compliance processes and develop policy frameworks.
• Develop Long-Term Strategies: Actively participate in creating opportunities for new client projects by developing long-term cybersecurity strategies.
• Help Others Grow: Engage in mentoring and support colleagues in their professional development.

• Professional Experience: At least 3+ year of relevant full‑time experience in Cybersecurity consulting or a B2B Cybersecurity environment. Previous work experience gained in a high‑paced environment such as a top (VC‑backed) start‑up, strategy consultancy, investment bank/venture capital/private equity is a plus.
• Educational Background: A degree in an IT or analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering) from a leading university with an exceptional track record. We also welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds, including those who have taken non‑traditional or contrarian paths.
• Cybersecurity Expertise: You should be certified in relevant Cybersecurity Standards (e.g., Security+, CySA+, ISO 27001, CISSP, CCSP, CISM). Knowledge of BaFin BAIT/VAIT regulations is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership, and you prefer to ask for forgiveness rather than permission.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills; fluency in both German and English is required.
