Your tasks

• You develop strategic concepts for the deployment of autonomous shuttles and position our solutions within the European mobility market
• You analyze technological developments (e.g. V2X, fleet management, MaaS software, charging) and derive concrete recommendations for action
• You identify new business fields, use cases, and partnerships – ranging from OEMs and technology companies to cities and public transport operators
• You translate strategic initiatives robust business cases and support the financial evaluation of growth projects
• You contribute to forecasting and reporting processes and help ensure that strategic decisions are supported by data
• You work closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) and external stakeholders as a strategic sparring partner
• You support not only the Head of Strategy but also the Chief Sales Officer in business development strategies and the CFO in topics such as fundraising

Your profile

• You bring 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, venture capital, or a start-up – ideally with a focus on mobility, automotive, or smart cities
• You have a strong strategic and financial background combined with excellent analytical skills
• You have experience working with market and financial models, business cases, and reporting
• You have very good knowledge of platform strategies, mobility ecosystems, and regulatory frameworks (e.g. for autonomous vehicles)
• You have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and an early adopter mindset toward AI models and agents
