Your mission

• Partner closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives, fundraising, financial planning, and upgrading our finance processes.
• Build maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Prepare deep‑dive analyses on markets, growth, unit economics, pricing and new opportunities, turning complex data into clear insights and executive‑ready presentations.
• Prepare investor and board reporting and support investor relations and requests.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Master’s and CFA are a plus.
• 13 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategy, or high‑growth startups.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proactive taking ownership of your tasks and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment at a high pace.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Passion for sustainable energy and disruptive innovation.
