We are a boutique strategy consultancy exclusively focused on social impact and sustainability. We work with leading companies, public institutions, foundations and NGOs in Germany and globally.

For our growing team we are looking for Germany-based Project Leaders (m / f / d) to lead client engagements and teams across our practice areas of Global Development, Strong Civil Society, and Private Sector Impact.

• Demonstrated passion and commitment to work on societal challenges.
• Strong track record (3 years) in a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• Proven team leadership and project management experience (Gained within a strategy consulting environment).
• Demonstrated through advanced leadership roles in other high-impact settings such as international institutions (e.g. UN organizations), foundations, NGOs, or impact investing organizations (e.g. private equity development banks).
• Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments and deliver high-quality results under time pressure.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders confidently.
• Keen interest in fostering the development of junior colleagues via training and coaching.
• Strong motivation to actively contribute to Value for Good's growth and development.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn and passion to contribute to a strong team culture.
• Fluency in English; German and French are considered an asset.
• Based in Germany or willing to relocate.
