To accelerate our international expansion, we are looking for a Business Development Manager Europe to open new markets, build new partnerships and drive early-stage growth in strategic verticals.

About the Role

As Business Development Manager Europe, you are a builder. You identify new market opportunities, shape go-to-market strategies, generate early pipeline, and establish CSP as a trusted partner in new countries, segments and ecosystems.

You act at the intersection of strategy, sales, product and partnerships — bringing CSP’s modern QMS and Shopfloor solutions into markets where digital quality and operational excellence are becoming critical transformation drivers.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Business Development, Sales, GTM or Consulting — ideally in SaaS, industrial IT, manufacturing software or similar.
  • Experience opening new markets or launching new solutions in Europe.
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong analytical, strategic and communication skills.
  • High self-drive, structured working style, and comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • CRM experience and familiarity with modern SaaS GTM models.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages (DE/FR/IT) are a plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree is essential, and a master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Position details
  • Identify, validate and open new markets across Europe for CSP’s QMS, Shopfloor and AI-led solutions.
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for priority industries and geographies (e.g., automotive tier-n, medtech, electronics, machinery, battery, aerospace).
  • Build and nurture early-stage pipeline through research, cold outreach, events, partners and targeted campaigns.
  • Engage with C-level leaders (Quality, Production, IT, Engineering) to position CSP’s value and uncover transformational opportunities.
  • Build relationships with system integrators, consultants and key ecosystem players to accelerate adoption.
  • Work closely with Marketing on targeted campaigns and with Sales on qualification & handover of opportunities.
  • Provide structured market intelligence to Product and Leadership teams.
  • Represent CSP at conferences, industry events and partner meetings.
  • Track performance, pipeline metrics and ROI of your initiatives in a structured, data-driven manner.
