A leading cruise operator, A-ROSA Kreuzfahrten, seeks a Front Office Agent for the 2024 season in Rostock. Join their dynamic team to ensure safety and customer satisfaction on their innovative fleet while enjoying the exciting riverboat environment. Ideal candidates will have essential sailor training, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Completed sailor training is mandatory.
- Good spoken and written German and English is required.
- Professional experience on a passenger ship is a plus.
Responsabilités
- Perform nautical and technical work on deck.
- Maintain and clean external ship areas.
- Bridge and gangway watch responsibilities.

- Perform nautical and technical work on deck
- Bridge and gangway watch
- Maintain and clean the external ship areas and deck
- Work with ropes and rigging
- Completed training as a sailor (matrosenbrief)
- Rheineintrag or Rheinpatent in the ship's service book
- Ideally, some professional experience on a passenger ship on the Rhine and/or Danube
- Training as a respiratory protection device carrier according to FSV
- Good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
