An international bank in Frankfurt is seeking a Client Payment Support Associate for maternity cover. This full-time role involves e-Banking promotion and support for corporate clients. Ideal candidates have experience in cash management and fluency in German. Salary is €50k - €65k pro rata. Applicants must have the right to work in Germany.
Client Payment Support Associate (Maternity cover – FTC)

An international bank is currently recruiting a Client Payment Support Associate for maternity cover to work in their Frankfurt am Main office.
In this role, you will be responsible for e-Banking promotion, onboarding, and daily support (BAU support), for corporate clients at Global Transaction Banking Department, Europe Office (GTBDE) Frankfurt.
The ideal candidate should have experience in cash management products, strong technical troubleshooting abilities, and excellent client support skills.
German language fluency highly desirable.
WORK TYPE : Office-based role with the possibility to work from home
VISA SUPPORT : No
TYPE : full-time (Maternity cover – FTC - until end of Sep 2026)
WORKING HOURS : Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
SALARY : €50k - €65k, Pro Rata
START : ASAP
