- Mentor junior accounting staff and support their development
- Successfully completed commercial training with certification as a Certified Accountant ("Bilanzbuchhalter") or hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in accounting or financial controlling
- Comprehensive knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and international accounting standards (IFRS)
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), with advanced, hands‑on proficiency
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and excellent analytical skills
- Highly detail‑oriented, proactive, and quick to grasp new concepts
- Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills in written and spoken form
