Responsibilities

What will you do

We are looking for an ISO & Compliance Manager (f / m / x) with focus on information security. You will be responsible for ensuring our business operations and procedures comply with legal and client-related regulations as well as internal policies. You will perform a variety of duties including evaluating all current and new compliance regulations, reviewing company processes and leading training sessions.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Support information security and develop compliance processes in accordance with ISO 27001 and TISAX
• Act as Quality Manager and ensure compliance with ISO 9001
• Manage and develop our existing integrated management system (9001 & 27001) both client facing and within the organisation
• Be the principal agent of continuous improvement within the organisation including development and leading employee training sessions on compliance, quality and informationsecurity topics
• Maintain and improve the organisation's policies and internal documentation
• Support the Operations team to develop a sustainable and efficient work environment with focus on tools and processes
• Improve control systems and regularly assess their efficiency and recommend effective enhancements
• Drive risk management, analyse, mitigate and accept informationsecurity risks and re-audit existing compliance standards

• Standards knowledge: Proven expertise in ISO9001, ISO27001, TISAX and related industry regulations
• Analytical & methodical: Strong planning and project management skills able to translate complex regulations into actionable procedures
• Teamplayer mindset: Collaborative, proactive and dedicated to continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement
• Fluency in English and good written and spoken German
