Key Responsibilities

1. Learn and master Zoho's suite of SaaS products to become a product expert.
2. Assist European customers via phone, chat, and email, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product guidance.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
5. Contribute to the creation and improvement of support documentation.

Requirements

1. Full professional proficiency in English and German Language (both written and verbal).
2. Basic understanding of software programs; prior experience with SaaS products is an advantage.
3. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving product features.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Comfortable working in an office environment.

Bonus Skills

1. Proficiency in one or more European languages such as French, Spanish or Dutch.
2. Previous customer support experience.
3. Basic programming knowledge.
