A leading global partner for premium consumer goods is looking for a Senior Sales Manager - Luxury Fashion & Accessories in Hamburg. In this role, you will enhance market positioning and drive growth in the luxury brands segment. Candidates should have a background in sales management and a passion for luxury brand trends.   • Professional experience in international account/sales management, ideally with a (B2B) customer network in the luxury industry, particularly related to wholesale, retail, and trading
  • A strong passion for luxury brands and sales, supplemented by expertise in business development
  • An existing industry network is desirable
  • Motivation to work independently and as part of a team, along with a high level of enthusiasm and presentation skills
  • A communicative personality and strong negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to build and develop effective business relationships
  • A degree in management, business administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken), German language skills are optional

We're seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager - Luxury Fashion & Accessories (m/f/d) for our evolving luxury brands division at our Hamburg headquarters. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your strategic thinking, market analysis, and persuasive power to drive category growth and enhance our market positioning. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales management, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for luxury brands trends.

Your Mission
  • Your tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients in the luxury brands segment
  • You take over negotiations with national and international customers
  • You develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our luxury brands category
  • You analyze market, product, and price potentials in order to expand your knowledge about an optimal presentation of assortments, trends and brands
  • You collaborate closely with our business development team to discuss opportunities and market developments
  • You monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management
