The opportunity

As our Sales Development Representative (all genders) in our Corporate Sales Team you play a key role in the success of Urban Sports Club. You are the first point of contact for potential B2B customers who are interested in a partnership with us. Join our team and help us continue to inspire people to live active and healthy lives.

What you will do
  • Advise new B2B customers on the phone as the first point of contact
  • Identify customer needs and qualify leads from inbound, outbound, and marketing campaigns
  • Build and expand your own lead pipeline through active outbound activities (phone, email, social media, network)
  • Prepare appointments for your colleagues in sales
  • Document and maintain our CRM database
  • Participate in industry and networking events to expand your network and increase company awareness
What you will need to succeed
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or sales development form the basis of your expertise
  • Excellent communication in French and English, both written and spoken, comes naturally to you, while German is a welcome addition
  • Natural persuasiveness, strong consultative skills, and an authentic demeanor help you connect with customers
  • Strong organization and reliable time management enable you to prioritize effectively
  • As a true team player, you take responsibility, show empathy, and enjoy sharing your knowledge
