M365Consult places Microsoft security consultants in roles where they architect and implement advanced security frameworks protecting sensitive data across critical infrastructures. As a Microsoft Security Consultant, you will advise enterprises on Microsoft security tools and services such as Defender for Endpoint, Cloud App Security, and Security Center. You will conduct security assessments, develop remediation strategies, and deliver governance and compliance advisory services aligned with GDPR, ISO, and industry standards. You will collaborate internally to build resilient security architectures supporting cloud migration and digital transformation.

• Conduct comprehensive security assessments across Microsoft cloud and on-premises environments.
• Design and implement endpoint protection, threat detection, and response strategies leveraging Microsoft Defender suite.
• Develop cloud security posture management and secure application access solutions.
• Lead compliance audits and perform gap analyses linked to GDPR, ISO, and best practices.
• Deliver security workshops and training to client IT teams and management.
• Keep updated with the evolving threat landscape and security technologies.

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft security products and enterprise security frameworks.
• Proven experience in security governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Ability to conduct technical security assessments and remediation planning.
• Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft SC-200, CISSP, or CISM are preferred.
