We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of local tax solutions for our international clients. You will work with a motivated team of software engineers, product managers, and academics to implement change in the financial industry.

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Manage the entire product development process from discovery to launch, focusing on local tax solutions for international markets.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Develop and implement strategies aligning with client needs across jurisdictions and Scalable's long-term goals.
• Client Experience: Improve user interaction by integrating local taxation processes into our products to meet international client needs.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
• Delivery Management: Coordinate resources, create timelines, and manage dependencies to ensure successful product delivery.
• Agile Methodologies: Use agile practices, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to facilitate collaboration and transparency.

• Interest in international taxation of clients' capital gains.
• Experience in product management, ideally in capital markets or banking.
• Curiosity to explore complex topics with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, using data to inform decisions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
• Hands-on approach from ideation to user stories.
• Experience with agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma.
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus but not required.
