At our new location in Düsseldorf , you work in a modern workshop repairing e-bikes from the most popular brands , following high quality standards – with no customer contact at all.

• Du reparierst eigenständig E-Bikes mit allem was dazu gehört (Begutachtung, Überprüfung, Fehlerfindung, Ersatzteilauswahl, Reparatur, Qualitätskontrolle) ⚙️
• Außerdem bringst du dein Fachwissen bei Hardware und Software ein und beteiligst dich daran, die Reparaturprozesse und die Qualität der E-Bikes stetig zu verbessern
• Um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Kund : innen jederzeit perfekt überholte E-Bikes erhalten, führst du sorgfältige Qualitätskontrollen durch
• Du bist ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Teams und bringst deine Ideen für die Optimierung der Werkstatt mit ein

• You independently repair E-bikes and handle the full process, including inspection, testing, troubleshooting, spare part selection, repair, and final quality control. ⚙️
• You contribute your technical expertise in both hardware and software and actively help improve repair processes and the overall quality of our E-bikes on an ongoing basis.
• To ensure our customers always receive perfectly refurbished E-bikes, you carry out thorough and careful quality checks.
• You are an important part of the team and bring in your ideas to help optimize and improve the workshop.

• Erfahrung im Schrauben, Reparieren oder Montieren – z. B. an Fahrrädern, E-Bikes, Motorrädern, Autos oder ähnlicher Technik ⚙️
• Eine Ausbildung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss – auch Quereinsteiger : innen mit technischem Verständnis sind willkommen
• Du arbeitest gerne sorgfältig, selbstständig und organisiert
• Du hast Lust, dazuzulernen und Reparaturprozesse gemeinsam zu verbessern
• Du sprichst Deutsch und / oder Englisch

• You have experience as a bicycle assembler, bicycle mechanic, two-wheeler mechanic / mechatronic, car mechanic, or general mechanical or hands-on experience from a similar field ⚙️
• A completed vocational training is a plus, but career changers with solid knowledge of (e-)bike repairs are very welcome
• You work in a structured, careful, and independent way
• You enjoy learning new repair processes and helping to improve them over time
• You have basic German and / or English skills

• Du arbeitest mit modernen Werkzeugen und Geräten , inklusive aktueller Diagnose-Tools, in einer angenehmen Werkstatt mit elektrischen Montageständern
• Du bist Teil eines erfahrenen Teams , von dem du jeden Tag dazulernen kannst
• Mit der Zeit wirst du zum echten E-Bike-Profi , weil du fast jedes Modell einmal in der Hand hattest
• Du erhältst ein faires, monatliches Festgehalt und einen befristeten Arbeitsvertrag
• Wochenenden sind immer frei – wir arbeiten nur von Montag bis Freitag
• Alle sechs Monate schauen wir gemeinsam auf deine Entwicklung – mit Chance auf Weiterentwicklung oder Beförderung
