About the role

As our new Head of CRO you will drive our global strategy to improve conversion along the full online customer journey transforming awareness into meaningful engagement and high-quality leads. Your expertise in digital product management UX and conversion optimisation will directly shape how millions of people experience our online ecosystem.

In this role you’ll bring your analytical strength, leadership experience and user‑centric return—you’ll join a fast-growing and highly collaborative team where you can directly influence digital strategy, evolve our global web platform and create tangible impact across markets.

More about the role
  • Lead the end-to-end optimisation strategy for global lead‑generation funnels from first ad impression to CRM communication after lead creation.
  • Drive continuous UX improvements through research, A/B testing and iterative design.
  • Oversee digital product development from concept to delivery ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Manage and evolve our MarTech stack to enable efficient campaign execution and accurate measurement.
  • Ensure robust data collection and reporting frameworks to power product analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Engineering and Country teams to deliver high-impact digital projects.
  • Represent Product & Optimization to senior leadership sharing insights, progress and strategic recommendations.
More about you
  • 7 years experience in digital product management and CRO with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing UX principles, conversion optimisation and MarTech ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver measurable business results.
  • Skilled in CRM systems, A/B testing tools, CMS platforms and landing‑page optimisation.
  • Experience with lead‑generation funnels; healthcare or hearing‑care industry exposure is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with P&L ownership, revenue management and Agile frameworks is an advantage.
