• You order demo units and other samples through NetSuite.
• You organize meetings and conferences, including travel management.
• You support new-joiners in all organizational aspects during onboarding and beyond.
• You act as the local contact in the Ludwigsburg office for remote-sales people, handling anything to arrange in HQ.
• You manage the marketing inventory and central brochure pool for Europe in all languages.
• You take responsibility for the central sales-inbox and organize weekly sales meetings, including meeting minutes.

• You have a commercial education or a comparable qualification.

• You have experience in working with CRM and ERP systems, with experience in Salesforce and NetSuite being an advantage.
• You have excellent German and English skills, both oral and written.
