Job summary

Qualifications

We’re supporting an international client who is expanding their Microsoft Collaboration team and searching for an experienced Microsoft 365 Teams Specialist with a strong focus on Voice, PSTN, Direct Routing, and call‑centre integrations.
If you have hands‑on experience with :
- Microsoft Teams Phone & Voice
- Direct Routing / Operator Connect
- PowerShell automation
- Call‑centre integrations (AudioCodes, Anywhere365, Genesys)
- Governance & regulatory compliance (EU / German)

Certifications such as MS-700 or MS-720 are a big plus.
