To strengthen our team, we are looking for a creative and talented designer (m/f/d) to optimize and redesign our digital products: websites and apps. If you have an eye for aesthetic design and a talent for user experience, then you are exactly what we are looking for!
- Expand and further develop existing websites, redesign them, and create new web products, apps, and brands.
- Create intuitive and appealing user interfaces (UI) considering the user experience (UX).
- Design and create animated graphics and videos to enhance interaction and guide users through our digital products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and integrity of design standards across all digital touchpoints.
- Proactively manage our B2C websites for survey participants in 74 countries with over 2 million active users, taking responsibility for design and user experiences and driving continuous improvements and innovations.
- Conduct user research and usability tests independently to gain insights and identify optimization potentials.
