The Client Value Partner (CVP) is a senior, strategic leader within Celonis’ Value Engineering organization and a critical driver of our growth strategy. As a CVP, you will lead enterprise-scale, data-driven transformation programs with our most strategic customers, acting as their primary executive advisor and the accountable owner of long-term value realization.
You will spearhead the Value Engineering function across your accounts while orchestrating cross-functional teams - including Product, Engineering, Services, Sales, and Solution Specialists - to translate Celonis’ platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes. This role requires a unique blend of executive presence, vision, strategy and builder mentality: you must be able to shape multi-year transformation strategies while also diving into processes, validating insights and business cases, and removing execution barriers.
You will champion innovation, elevate customer maturity, and guide customers to become Lighthouse references. Ideal candidates bring a proven track record of influencing C-level leaders, steering complex transformation programs, and driving profitable growth with a hands‑on, entrepreneurial approach.

The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule. Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location. The base salary range below is for the role in New York, based on a Full Time Schedule. $173,000—$233,000 USD
