Position Overview

We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Configuration – Implementation to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of configuration analysts—both onshore and offshore—to ensure the successful delivery of a fully configured HealthRules system. You will be responsible for aligning implementation efforts with company standards and ensuring all project milestones and goals are met.

Your Impact

• Play a leadership role to support and drive active implementation initiative, which will be client facing as well as work with other areas in the organization.
• Play a key role in advising clients on their business problems as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Ensure implementations are delivered successfully on time and in alignment with project objectives by monitoring progress, identifying risks and mitigation strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support seamless project execution.
• Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team (onshore and offshore), providing guidance, support, and resolution of complex issues to ensure high‑quality deliverables and continuous professional development.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Must have 4+ years of experience/knowledge of HealthRules Payor, a claims processing system.
• Experience implementing one or more lines of business – Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Commercial, Self‑funded, etc.
• Experience working in an offshore model is required.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills including the ability to convey business requirements/configuration effectively.
• Detail oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Self‑starter.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.
• Experience with Agile tools and methodologies including JIRA and SCRUM.

The annual U.S. base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, your skills, experience, qualifications, and education.
