The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and developing ServiceNow solutions, especially in telecom service management. You will play a crucial role in enhancing systems, driving customer requirements, and deploying AI tools. This remote position requires collaboration with various teams to improve service delivery and customer experiences.
Qualifikationen
- 12+ years of relevant work experience with service management.
- 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow deployment and development.
- Understanding of telecom industry solutions.
- Technical proficiency with API and Developer Portal for ServiceNow.

- Influence the Managed Services technology stack for customer experiences.
- Work closely with the Product Management team to define customer requirements.

Experience with understanding consumer insights, market trend analysis, usability testing, rapid prototyping and analytics.
Experience in operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand. Technical experience.
Serve as a ServiceNow technical expert, collaborating with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
Translate business requirements into effective and efficient ServiceNow solution implementations.
Review and analyze existing Verizon applications and workflows to identify areas for improvement and further integration with ServiceNow.
Integrate and Deploy AI tools to help isolate and reduce incident impact. Extensive experience on Developer Portal & API for ServiceNow.
