What you'll do
  • Enhance candidate engagement and retention by maintaining a high-touch approach, to ensure timely responses to candidates within 3 business days of the entire application process.
  • Responsible for the sourcing talent and recruitment process for open positions with a focus on the company's operational needs.
  • Coordinate screening & interviews, create candidate profiles and assist in streamlining recruitment and onboarding procedures.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, from offer letters to initial orientations to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Additional duties as assigned
What you'll need
