ServiceNow Implementer in SecOps (Vulnerability Response Module) :

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated ServiceNow Implementer specializing in Security Operations (SecOps) and the Vulnerability Response (VR) module. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of our ServiceNow solutions to strengthen our security operations and maximize efficiency in vulnerability management.

Your Responsibilities :

Design and Implementation : You'll design and implement robust ServiceNow VR solutions tailored to the specific needs of our SecOps teams. This includes configuring workflows, rules, dashboards, and reports.

Integrations : You'll ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow VR with other internal and external security tools and systems, such as vulnerability scanners (e.g., Qualys, Tenable), CMDBs, ticketing systems, and endpoint security solutions like Windows Defender.

Requirements Analysis : You'll work closely with stakeholders from IT security and operations to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Optimization and Development : You'll continuously identify opportunities for improvement and automation of processes within the VR module and contribute to the strategic development of our ServiceNow platform.

Documentation and Training : You'll create comprehensive technical documentation and train end-users as well as other team members on how to use the implemented solutions.

Troubleshooting and Support : You'll assist with troubleshooting and provide technical support for ServiceNow SecOps modules, particularly VR.

Best Practices : You'll ensure that implementations comply with current ServiceNow best practices and security standards.

Requirements :

• Profound Experience : Proven experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow, especially in the Security Operations (SecOps) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.
• Certifications : You hold the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR) certification.
• Technical Expertise : In-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including workflow engine, scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord), integrations (REST API, SOAP), and data models. Experience connecting and ingesting data from various security scanners, including endpoint protection solutions like Windows Defender, is a must.
• Security Understanding : Solid knowledge (at least 3 years of productive experience) of IT security processes, vulnerability management, and common security standards.
• Team Player : You're a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and achieving goals together.
