We are a dynamic, growth-oriented organization seeking an experienced freelance recruiter to partner with our Talent Acquisition team across multiple geographies. If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and have a passion for sourcing and closing high-calibre talent, we’d love to speak with you.

Role Overview

As our Freelance Global Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across all the regions. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, leverage your global network and recruitment expertise to find the right people at the right time. Your focus will span local market nuances, sourcing strategies, screening, offer negotiation and onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, market context and timeline.
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each region, including job boards, LinkedIn / Social sourcing, referrals, direct outreach, niche channels and passive candidate engagement.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle : create and post job ads, screen CVs / resumes, conduct phone / video interviews, manage assessments (if applicable), coordinate interviews with hiring teams, guide through offer and closing process.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, proactively mapping talent in key markets.
  • Act as the candidate experience champion : keep candidates informed, engaged and supported throughout the process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates and market insights to leadership (time-to-fill, pipeline health, regional talent trends).
  • Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools effectively to track candidates, maintain data hygiene and report status.
  • Support onboarding hand-off and ensure smooth transition of new hires into the organization.
  • Stay up to date with global talent acquisition best practices, tools and recruitment technologies.
Technical / Skills & Knowledge Requirements
  • Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in global or multi-country talent acquisition / recruitment — ideally covering APAC / EMEA / LATAM markets.
  • Strong sourcing skills : comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray search, job boards, social networks and referral networks.
  • Good understanding of using ATS and other recruitment platforms / tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills : ability to engage with senior stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates across cultural and language differences.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously in fast-moving environment.
  • Deep market knowledge (or ability to quickly learn) of the Germany, Netherlands labour markets – including talent availability, compensation benchmarks and local hiring norms.
  • Cultural sensitivity and fluency (or working knowledge) in the local languages / contexts is a plus — e.g., German and / or Dutch.
  • Outcome-oriented mindset : strong focus on closing, follow-through, candidate engagement and delivering results.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, comfortable working remotely and partnering virtually across multiple time-zones.
