German-Speaking Product Consultant – Banking Sector (Recovery & Collections)
Location: Germany – remote
We’re looking for a native or fluent German-speaking Product Consultant with deep expertise in German banking, specifically collections, recovery, and restructuring.
This client-facing role focuses on functional advisory, regulatory guidance, and process workshops , not technical implementation.
- Advise banks on debt collection, recovery, and restructuring processes (private, commercial, corporate clients).
- Conduct on-site and remote workshops and training sessions.
- Support regulatory reporting (e.g., Bundesbank) and annual financial statement preparation (HGB).
- Provide domain expertise on banking software used for recovery, collateral management, and financial processes.
- Strong experience in German banking collections / recovery and annual financial statements.
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting and risk provisioning.
- Excellent communicator, able to lead workshops and advise clients independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Germany.
- Native / fluent German; English optional.
- Experience in public-sector banking frameworks.
- Familiarity with banking software products used in recovery and restructuring.
- Work with a leading banking software product across Germany.
- Influence business processes and drive meaningful change.
- Engage in a highly collaborative and client-facing role.
