Aug 28, 2025 - Citizant is hiring a remote Senior Business Analyst. Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 yearly. Location: USA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead low and moderate-complexity projects and support highly complex projects and programs.
• Define business process and system scope and objectives through research and analysis.
• Apply process improvement methodologies to optimize business and technology processes.
• Facilitate group sessions, conduct interviews, train stakeholders, and transfer knowledge.
• Assess and recommend improvements to business analysis frameworks.
• Apply business analysis skills independently on complex projects, including requirements elicitation, modeling, and feasibility analysis.

Required Skillset:

• 15+ years of relevant experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Advanced knowledge of relevant technologies.
• Strong analytical, planning, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience with cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead complex business analysis efforts.
• Technical expertise in business analysis disciplines.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Experience creating screen mocks and interacting with stakeholders for signoff.
• Provide functional expertise within Scrum teams, including backlog management and participation in ceremonies.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Clearance Requirement:

• U.S. citizen with active IRS (MBI) clearance or ability to obtain one.

Salary Range:

• Expected range: $120,000 to $130,000 annually, based on skills and experience.
