Tasks
Develop and execute sales strategies for Italy and Spain markets to achieve business targets.
Support distributors in sales planning, performance monitoring, and network expansion.
Design and deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales skills, compensation plan, and business building.
Create training materials, presentations, and digital content aligned with company standards.
Build strong relationships with distributors, leaders, and key partners.
Organize field visits, leadership meetings, workshops, and online training sessions.
Plan and coordinate sales events, seminars, and team-building activities across relevant markets.
Ensure high-quality execution of training events both online and offline.
Work closely with marketing, customer service, finance, and HQ teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Provide market feedback for product, training, and promotional improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
5+ years of experience in sales, training, or distributor management — Direct-Selling/Network Marketing experience required.
Strong presentation, public speaking, and coaching skills.
Proven ability to train, motivate, and support distributors in a performance-driven environment.
Excellent communication in English, Italian and Spanish
Proficient in digital training platforms (Zoom, Teams), Microsoft Office, and basic marketing tools.
Willingness to travel for events, distributor meetings, and training workshops.
