This is a rare opportunity for everyone who wants to put their names out there and loves to bring a funny but also deep Sci-Fi-Story to life. We're aiming for A-List-festivals with this film, so if you want to be part of this journey, please read:
We're in postproduction of our shortfilm "Soulmates". The film is about a jealous guy from the future, a post-capitalism-racism-patriarchy-utopia, who books a guided tour to the past, in order to find his girlfriend who went on the same tour a year earlier and didn't come back. Equipped with a buggy Tourguide-AI that provides him with useless fun-facts about 2025 and can only conversate in 18th century German he sets off to get her back before she meets with her new lover- and finds out an unexpected but heartbreaking truth.
- Design the HUD-Interface that we’ll fit into POV-shots
- Basically create the Tourguide, as our CFO. Chief Fun Officer.
- If you’re able to do small animations, it’s a bonus but not a must.
If you dig the idea of looking at our time from the perspective of an utopian future and funny theories why mankind in the 2020s kinda went off, if you’re into Sci-Fi like The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy and are looking for a fun but doable challenge that can get you into film festivals, this might be your thing.
UNPAID. Ahhh. But I can guarantee a story that’s worth telling and a project where your creativity will make a difference!
