Job summary
A fast-growing tech travel company is seeking Business Travel Consultants to provide top-tier support to corporate travelers. In this role, you will leverage your fluency in German and English, along with your GDS expertise, to assist customers via their app, calls, and emails. The position offers a competitive salary of up to 44,000 Euros and includes excellent benefits. Applicants should have 5+ years of experience in travel consulting and solid customer service skills.

- 5+ years experience as a travel consultant, business travel consultant, or airline reservations agent.
- 3+ years GDS experience with systems like Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus.
Responsibilities
- Provide top tier support via chat, calls, and email.
- Book hotels, flights, car, and rail using a GDS.
- Guide customers in self-service options on the App.
- Respond promptly and meet SLA expectations.
- Quickly assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences.
Skills
Business travel consultants - Required for one of the fastest growing tech travel company in the world. You will be using your fluent German and English as well as GDS knowledge to support corporate travellers via the App, calls and emails. , up to 44,000 Euros plus benefits, Monday to Friday shifts between 7am and 7pm, homebased
- Provide top tier support via chat , calls and email

- 5 years plus experience as a travel consultant, Business travel consultant or airline reservations agent
- Fluent in German and English is a must
- 3years plus GDS experience, either Galileo, sabre or Amadeus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
