- Develop and execute marketing plan and budget for annual marketing activities, events, and projects.
- Define and implement marketing strategies and objectives for the thermal camera market.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis, forecast market trends, and provide data‑driven recommendations to support departmental decisions.
- Build workflow and establish a standard system for the market development department.
- Collaborate with security solutions teams in the security industry or IT sector, leveraging strong marketing promotion and sales experience.
- Utilize resources and hands‑on experience in electrical, mechanical, test, and measurement for infrared thermography.
- Travel across Europe as needed.
- Proven sales experience in the security solutions industry, specifically with thermal cameras.
- Strong marketing promotion and sales background with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles, test and measurement techniques, and infrared thermography.
- Excellent business analysis skills and risk‑management awareness.
