In partnership with the department manager, supervises and coordinates activities in the department and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures. Enhance the operational procedures and business processes to identify continued process improvement. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.
