- Handle systems that manage user identities (e.g., who gets access to what within an organization).
- Specifically, work with tools like Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Active Directory (AD).
- Ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Fix issues (2nd level support), monitor systems, and apply updates or changes.
- Manage key parts of IT like Active Directory (on-premises), Microsoft Entra, and possibly areas like DNS (domain naming), PKI (certificates), and IT policies.
