The creative group at Salesforce has an opening for a senior designer supporting our 1:1 Account Based Marketing (ABM) creative team. We are seeking a talented, collaborative individual who can create original and effective content and develop strategic approaches around it. The role involves leading projects and managing agency and vendor relationships. Experience with virtual events and direct mail is a plus.

• Building project direction and liaising with agencies, providing feedback throughout all stages of a project.
• Collaborating closely with the in-house art director, designer, and copywriter to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Managing open-ended, ambiguous, or ill-defined projects from start to finish.
• Mentoring junior creative staff.
• Adapting across disciplines, thinking beyond design to act as a holistic creative strategist supporting designers.
• Understanding the business and industry of targeted brand accounts.
• Researching accounts to understand the target audience and project details.
• Bringing humility, integrity, and a positive attitude to work and leadership.
• Remaining positive and decisive during ambiguity, taking initiative, and seeking necessary project information.
• Prioritizing projects and managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines, working with project management tools.
• Maintaining strong, trusted relationships within the creative and campaigns teams.
• Working efficiently under tight deadlines.

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience.
• Master-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; experience with Splash is a bonus.
• An established portfolio demonstrating long-term client relationships, integrated campaigns, and compelling designs; project leadership or art direction experience is a plus.
• Strong conceptual skills.
• Experience with corporate marketing, branding, and understanding of marketing strategies.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable providing creative direction on ambiguous projects.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver solutions.
• Experience designing for print and web, with direct mail and packaging experience as a bonus.
• Experience sourcing and working with print vendors.
• Vendor and agency relationship management experience.

For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $104,000, plus potential bonus, stock units, and benefits.
