B2B Digital Sales Specialist (German & English) Fully Remote Sofia

We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level German and strong cold calling experience to join an international tech-driven sales team.

This is a full-time fully remote role contracted in Sofia within a dynamic digital advertising / tech environment offering stability career growth and relocation support if needed.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calling to identify qualify and engage B2B leads
  • Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
  • Build manage and develop a strong sales pipeline
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets
Requirements
  • Native-level German (mandatory)
  • Fluent English
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
  • Solid knowledge of business development lead generation and qualification methodologies
  • Experience in tech SaaS or digital advertising is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
