Job summary
A European start-up specializing in defense technology is seeking a Project Manager to lead UWB-based IoT projects. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful project delivery. Candidates should have at least 5 years of project management experience, fluent German, and the ability to manage remote projects efficiently. This is a remote position with a strong focus on electronic warfare and precision localization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in IoT, UWB, embedded systems, or defense tech.
- Proven ability to manage technical teams of 10+ people.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Self-driven and able to manage remote projects efficiently.
- Fluent proficiency in German is required.
Responsibilities
- Managing full project lifecycles (planning, execution, delivery).
- Leading and coordinating embedded/IoT/RF engineering teams.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Reporting directly to the executive team, you will lead UWB-based IoT projects within a high-tech defense environment. You will manage multidisciplinary teams (10+ people), coordinate development activities, and ensure successful project delivery from concept to deployment.
