The gross annual salary is between € 64,000 and a maximum of € 67,500, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

1. Management and monitoring of customer repair orders incl. drawing parts and tools
2. Ensuring smooth administrative processes in the repair order process
3. Daily communication with service partners to meet performance targets and deadlines
4. Delivery date tracking to ensure punctual deliveries
5. Customer support at order level, including order processing and maintaining customer relationships
6. Recognition and implementation of optimization potential in the context of process improvements

1. Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or industrial clerk with further training as a technician or business administrator
2. ALTERNATIVE: completed studies in the field of business administration or supply chain / logistics
3. Several years of professional experience in the areas of scheduling / material procurement, customer service / customer service, supplier management and supply chain / logistics
4. Very good knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
5. Proficient in German (min. B2) and business fluent in English (min. C1)
6. Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
