What you'll do

As a Fullstack Developer, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable micro frontends and backend services. You will transform complex data into intuitive, high-performing user experiences that enable customers to gain actionable insights.

Your Role as a Full Stack Software Developer

• Develop, test, and deliver robust product features across frontend and backend.
• Build secure, scalable applications using Angular, RxJS, REST, and GraphQL.
• Resolve complex technical challenges and support teammates in problem-solving.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and evolve the tech stack and best practices.
• Apply build-it, run-it, own-it principles to ensure resilient, high-performing systems.
• Collaborate with Product Management, UI/UX, and engineering peers to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Continuously refine work methods and share expertise to strengthen the team.

What you bring

• At least 2 years of experience delivering scalable, maintainable applications in a product or technology company.
• Proficiency in Angular (or similar frameworks) and a willingness to deepen Angular skills.
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript.
• Strong HTML and SCSS skills for responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and backend development.
• Familiarity with testing tools (Jasmine, Karma, Cypress).
• Ability to integrate AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
• Strong collaboration skills and adaptability in agile environments.
• Commitment to continuous technical and professional growth.
• Bonus: Experience with GraphQL, relational/NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, NgRx, CI/CD pipelines, and GenAI implementation.

Team Compass drives the navigation, collection, and presentation domains within our product, empowering users to explore and understand complex IT landscapes through intuitive navigation, meaningful data organization, and clear visual presentation.
