Zusammenfassung
A leading project management firm in Berlin is seeking a Non-Key Expert: Assistant to the Project Director to support a EU funded project aimed at strengthening democratic processes. Ideal candidates should have 5+ years in international project management and proficiency in English. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to crucial election-related initiatives over 48 months starting January 2026.
Qualifikationen
- Degree or equivalent training/experience in project management or related field.
- Proficiency in English and EU EOM working language (C1).
- Knowledge of EU institutions is a plus.
Aufgaben
- Support the Project Director in managing project activities.
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of project logistics.
- Contribute to project reports and communications.

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called: EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team.
The overall objective of this assignment is to:
- strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention;
- contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes;
- improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;
- inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.
The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.
Non-Key Expert: Assistant to the Project Director (Europe-Based)
- Degree or equivalent training/experience in project management or related field.
- Proficiency in English and EU EOM working language (C1).
- EU institutions knowledge (asset).
- Cat. II: 5+ years / Cat. III: 2+ years in international project management.
- Budget/team management.
- EOM logistics experience (asset).
