As an experienced Customer Insights Consultant, you will be part of the newly created Data & Insights team and support PAYBACK partners in advising them on how best to achieve their program goals. We define which insights and analyses are needed to make decisions that contribute to the program goals. We are innovation drivers and work closely with other data teams to bring innovations from idea to prototype to productive solution.

YOUR TASKS

• You analyze and define data to create tailored customer development strategies for our PAYBACK partners and identify sales potentials.
• You are responsible for the design, management, and implementation of the strategy to achieve customer development goals across all areas of the company.
• You create presentations with well-founded and meaningful data stories.
• You will mainly work in cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a very good degree with (ideally) a quantitative focus, e.g., business administration, economics, statistics, computer science, or applied mathematics.
• You have several years of professional experience in consulting, corporate development, or project management of customer insights projects in retail and have gained sound experience as a (partial) project manager, ideally in one of the following areas: Data Strategy, Customer Insights, CRM, and/or AI or Advanced Analytics Software Development.
• You have excellent analytical skills, a good understanding of data structures, and enjoy data-driven work.
• A high level of self-motivation and initiative paired with strong presentation & moderation skills as well as very good communication skills with internal and external interfaces characterize you.
• Fluent German and English skills round off your profile.
