About the role

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and business-oriented HR Business Partner in Munich to join our team. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to leaders and employees, ensuring that HR initiatives align with business goals and drive organizational success. You will work closely with management to understand business challenges and provide HR solutions that support growth, performance, and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to understand business needs and translate them into people strategies.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on all HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and development.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and leadership capability.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations that drive decision‑making.
  • Ensure legal compliance and adherence to company policies and HR best practices.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, and compensation processes.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects and change initiatives to support business transformation.
  • Foster a positive employee experience and serve as a point of contact for employees in your business areas.
  • Supporting the organizational development team with operational tasks
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 3–5+ years) in an HR Business Partner or similar advisory HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and organizational development.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Business‑oriented mindset with the ability to link people initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
