#Working at DaVita: What you can expect

• You will drive the development, implementation, and enforcement of DaVita’s international compliance program based on global compliance strategies and priorities, and lead Germany-specific compliance topics. International topics include anti-corruption, antitrust, and economic sanctions compliance; country-specific topics such as medical devices, patient rights, and billing of healthcare services.
• You will collaborate closely with the compliance team at DaVita International’s headquarters in London and coordinate with local compliance contacts in our medical care centers (MVZs) to implement compliance guidelines and procedures.
• You will be a member of the German executive management team and Germany’s Risk Committee, serving as a strategic partner in identifying and evaluating business and compliance risks.
• You will ensure smooth running of compliance training, approval processes, audits, risk assessments, and internal investigations.
• You will contribute ideas and expertise to international projects, shaping our compliance program worldwide.
• You will report directly to the International Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and the CEO Germany, being involved in strategic decisions.

#TeamDaVita: What you should offer

• Successfully completed a degree in economics, accounting, law, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in compliance or internal control systems, preferably in industry, a service company, law firm, or audit firm.
• Familiarity with auditing and consulting environments, with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• Experience in the German healthcare system is a plus but not mandatory; openness to new topics is essential.
• Fluent German and English skills, confident in an international context.
• Sound legal knowledge, good numerical and contextual understanding.
• Independent working style, organizational skills, and executive presence to engage with business and clinical leaders.
• Clear communication, quick analysis, teamwork, and a commitment to professional and personal development.
