The following challenges await you:

• We always work in teams with flat hierarchy levels – and you will typically be part of one of our project teams and can take over responsibility on the project from day 1 to develop your skills.
• Together we work closely with the Heraeus Operating Companies on strategic commercial topics such as marketing, sales, pricing, new business models, sustainability, or growth initiatives, often leveraging artificial intelligence applications.
• The application of our proven Commercial Excellence Toolbox and on‑the‑job coaching will help you to learn a lot on these topics.
• During the projects you will be involved in conducting interviews, analyzing data, conducting market research and developing improvement initiatives.
• You will be involved in the preparation of workshops and also participate in these meetings to give you the opportunity to be involved in and actively shape the decision‑making process.

Your Profile:

• Enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a similar field.
• Interest in marketing, sales, pricing, sustainable business models, and/or growth topics as well as in the application of Gen AI / Agentic AI.
• High motivation and reliability, eagerness to learn, team player, analytically minded, proficient in MS Office applications, very good communication skills (German & English).
• Showing strong initiative – ‘waiting for instructions’ is not an option for you.
• Ideally first work experience in a similar role, such as an internship or working student position in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Consulting.
• Ideally availability for 2 months or longer.
