• Hiring people for Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal department
• Working in a fast‑growing scale‑up company
• Searching for talent all around Europe
• Providing the best candidate experience, being responsible for end‑to‑end recruiting
• Working on projects to achieve operational talent acquisition excellence
• Stakeholder Management – working closely with team leads, heads and managing directors from job creation to offer approvals
• Active sourcing / headhunting and searching for the hidden talents out there

• Fluency in English and German
• Experience with B2B SaaS hiring
• Experience with international hiring with focus on Europe
• Experience with hiring sales positions

• Fluency in additional languages (French, Spanish or Italian)
• Experience with modern ATS systems, preferably with Greenhouse
• Experience in working in a remote‑first environment
