Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to renewable energy products and services.
  • Assist customers with questions about renewable energy solutions, installation processes, and system maintenance.
  • Provide support during the customer journey, from initial inquiries to post-installation follow-up.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to address complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, company offerings, and compliance regulations.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate continuous service improvement.

Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
