In this role at our location in Erlangen, you ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting for multiple German and regional group entities. You play a key part in monthly and annual closings, audits, and local reporting while collaborating with international stakeholders. Your work directly supports financial transparency, quality, and reliability across the organization.

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and German GAAP (HGB)
• Ensure compliance with internal corporate guidelines and statutory financial regulations
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and explanations
• Conduct balance sheet reviews and monitor service provider performance
• Ensure SLA and quality standards are met
• Prepare local reports, including tax and statistical reporting requirements
• Collaborate with international stakeholders across shared service centers and group headquarters

Experience

• Hold a qualification as a Certified Accountant (IHK), Certified International Accountant (IHK), or a degree in Business Administration
• Demonstrate proven experience in accounting or balance sheet accounting roles
• Communicate fluently in both German and English, written and spoken

• Du erstellst Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach IFRS und deutschem Handelsrecht (HGB) und stellst dabei die Einhaltung interner Konzernrichtlinien sowie gesetzlicher Vorschriften sicher
• Du unterstützt bei internen und externen Prüfungen und erstellst dazu korrekte Unterlagen und fundierte Erläuterungen
• Du führst Bilanzreviews durch und überwachst die Servicequalität unseres Services Providers
• Du überwachst die Leistung externer Dienstleister und stellst die Einhaltung von SLAs und Qualitätsstandards sicher
• Du erstellst lokale Meldungen – wie zum Beispiel Statistiken oder Steuern
• Du arbeitest eng mit internationalen Stakeholdern im Shared Service Center und in der Konzernzentrale zusammen

Deine Erfahrung

• Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Bilanzbuchhalter*in (IHK) oder International Accountant (IHK) oder hast ein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre
• Du hast bereits erfolgreich im Bereich Rechnungswesen oder Bilanzbuchhaltung gearbeitet
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Du zeichnest dich durch deine klare Kommunikation sowie deine Fähigkeit, situationsgerecht Standpunkte zu vertreten oder Kompromisse einzugehen, aus
• Du verfügst über ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine sorgfältige sowie verlässliche Arbeitsweise
• Du bist ein Pragmatiker*in mit lösungsorientiertem Ansatz
