Market Access is a highly strategic function with broad cross‑functional interaction across the local and global Gilead organization. Our Market Access team has the main goals to (1) ensure that patients have national and regional access to our products and (2) to maximize product (pipeline) value and to (3) ensure that our (pipeline) studies reflect German data needs.
The Senior Market Access will significantly contribute to these goals by defining and implementing comprehensive market access strategies with a focus on our products within Cell Therapy and Oncology. The Senior Market Access manager is collaborating with several internal and external partners, working in cross‑functional teams and creating solutions for complex national and regional Market Access topics including the AMNOG process as well as pricing and reimbursement. Hence, excellent technical and social skills are important.
